Head of Product

Central London - 2/3 days per week

Up to £150,000 + Equity

We’re representing an ambitious SaaS company developing next‑generation tools at the intersection of artificial intelligence and software security, building products that address some of the toughest challenges in modern computing, from understanding complex systems to protecting critical infrastructure.

We’re looking for a Head of Product to lead the product organisation, set the product vision, and drive execution across the product portfolio. In this key leadership role, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams including engineering, analytics, customer success, and senior leadership, building and guiding a high-performing product team while establishing scalable processes to support continued growth.

Key skills & requirements:

• Startup and high‑growth SaaS experience with a strategic mindset and ability to create and own product roadmaps

• Hands‑on, comfortable operating independently initially and building a team over time

• Strong background or appreciation for AI/machine learning‑influenced product development (preferred)

• Proven track record collaborating directly with engineering, customers, and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback into prioritisation

• Skilled in balancing the needs of large onboarded clients with iterative feedback from smaller users

• Thrives in fast‑paced, agile, high‑growth environments with evolving priorities

• Excellent communicator, confident engaging with senior leadership and guiding cross‑functional alignment

• Ownership of the end‑to‑end product lifecycle and strategic execution of product vision

Nice to have:

• Has worked within the Public Sector, Government or Defence space.

Package:

• Up to £150K + Benefits (DOE)
• Hybrid – 2/3 days per week in London office
• ASAP preferred
