Lead and manage the Safety & Compliance Department. Lead and manage the Audit Plans. Conduct internal audits and audits of sub-contractor organisations. Oversee the management of audit findings. Prepare and analyse compliance monitoring performance data. Provide expert advice on compliance issues across the company. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Champion a safety-first culture throughout the organisation. Lead investigations and root cause analysis of findings. Manage hazard identification and risk assessments. Monitor and report on Safety Performance Indicators. Develop and deliver relevant safety training. Essential Requirements
