Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven National Sales Manager to lead UK sales across Kasai Grills and Delivita Wood-Fired Ovens. This is a unique, hands‑on role that combines strategic sales leadership with live fire cooking expertise. The successful candidate will be equally confident developing national sales strategies and getting behind the grill or oven to demonstrate products, deliver masterclasses, and represent the brands at trade shows, dealer events, and customer activations. You will be a key brand ambassador, helping to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue through both trade relationships and experiential selling, supporting a growing portfolio of high‑end retail partners, including John Lewis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the UK national sales strategy for Kasai, Delivita and Bertha, aligned with business growth targets.
  • Manage, grow, and nurture relationships with a growing portfolio of premium and high‑end retail partners, including John Lewis, as well as distributors, retailers, and hospitality customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and channels, driving both short‑ and long‑term revenue growth.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements with trade customers.
  • Forecast sales performance, manage pipelines, and report regularly against targets and KPIs.

Demonstrations, Masterclasses & Brand Ambassadorship

  • Confidently cook on Kasai grills, Delivita Pizza ovens and Bertha Charcoal Ovens to demonstrate product capabilities and benefits.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, training sessions, and masterclasses for trade partners, chefs, retailers, and end customers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at live events, showroom demonstrations, launches, and customer visits.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to support content creation, product launches, and campaigns using live cooking as a key engagement tool.

Trade Shows & Events

  • Take ownership of UK trade shows and exhibitions, including planning, set‑up, execution, and follow‑up.
  • Represent Kasai and Delivita at national and regional trade events, ensuring best‑in‑class brand presentation.
  • Manage event budgets, logistics, stock, and equipment requirements.
  • Capture leads and convert event activity into measurable sales opportunities.

Collaboration & Internal Leadership

  • Work closely with marketing, e‑commerce, and operations teams to ensure a joined‑up commercial approach.
  • Provide market insight and feedback from customers and events to inform product development and marketing strategy.
  • Support and mentor junior sales or brand support team members where required.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally as a National Sales Manager or similar.
  • Strong track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
  • Confident and competent cook, with hands‑on experience using grills, wood‑fired ovens, or live fire cooking equipment.
  • Comfortable presenting, teaching, and engaging groups through demonstrations and masterclasses.
  • Experience managing and representing brands at UK trade shows and events.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Background in hospitality, food, outdoor cooking, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Experience working with premium or department store retailers.
  • Existing network within UK retail, hospitality, or BBQ/live fire communities.
