About the Role Full‑time position, 36 hours per week. As Head of Service at HC‑One your primary focus is delivering kindness and high standards to our residents in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist Care homes. You will plan and serve nutritious meals, prepare cakes for the morning tea trolley and lunchtime dessert, maintain cleanliness, food safety and hygiene, ensure proper food supplies and fridge/freezer temperatures, and demonstrate the highest standards in hygiene. Qualifications Kitchen experience and knowledge of the Food Safety Act 1990, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, RIDDOR and COSHH regulations.
