This exciting fine-dining concept will feature an la carte menu alongside a refined tasting menu crafted from its core dishes - with pastry playing a pivotal role in defining the guest experience. We are seeking an accomplished Head Pastry Chef with creativity, precision, and a relentless commitment to excellence. As a strong and organised leader, you will build and inspire your pastry team, implement clear systems and structure, and work collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience. What we are looking for in Head Pastry Chef candidates: Experience within Michelin-starred restaurants is essential
Exceptional pastry technique with a refined, modern style
Meticulous attention to detail in presentation and process
Strong knowledge of ingredients, seasonality, and flavour development
Ability to lead, organise and develop a pastry team
Professional, disciplined, and standards-driven approach
