Your day at Aqua:
Culinary Creativity and Crafting Recipes for Success: Guide the pastry department in creating and presenting an innovative array of pastries, desserts, and confections, ensuring each item reflects our high standards for quality, flavour, and artistry
Mentorship and Development: Mentor and train pastry chefs, sharing techniques and best practices while fostering a collaborative, positive work environment

You will be paid £30,534.76 per annum. In addition, you can be a part of the venues Tronc system, which may give you up to £21,391.00 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
