The Role Were looking for a Head Waiter who is confident, service-focused, and ready to take full ownership of their section. Youll support the management team, help guide junior staff during service, and ensure each guest feels looked after with warmth and attention.
This role suits someone who enjoys being on the floor, feels at ease in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of an independent brand built on quality and care.
Key Responsibilities Deliver warm, attentive service across the restaurant, bakery, and bar areas.

Confidently manage your own section and lead by example during service.

Support junior team members and help maintain a calm, organised atmosphere.

Communicate clearly with the kitchen and management to keep service running smoothly.

Build rapport with guests, anticipate needs, and handle feedback gracefully.

Maintain high standards of presentation, consistency, and hygiene.

About You You have 12 years of experience in a quality-led restaurant, cafe, or bakery.

You speak English confidently and naturally, and connect well with guests and colleagues.

Youre comfortable working long, busy shifts and have availability during both weekdays and weekends.

You can confidently carry a tray and hold your own section with ease.

You stay composed under pressure and enjoy being part of a close-knit, supportive team.

Youre motivated, reliable, and happy to get stuck in wherever needed.
