My client is a regional main building contractor that are looking for a health and safety Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for ensuring all HSE procedures are adhered to on site. You will provide authoritative advice and guidance to managers to ensure best practice is promoted, to help ensure a safe working environment. My client work solely on design and build schemes within affordable housing, residential and commercial.

You will have worked on main contracting sites and have a construction background. Those with experience on projects over 10 million would be advantageous. A lot of schemes involved timber frame and SFX apartments.
Your will have CDM experience with the ability to take Rams and risk assessment on active sites. The role will require travelling to sites which will be operating within the North West. You will be co coordinating tool box talks, risk assessments and Rams for live sites.

To be considered you will hold the following:

• NEBOSH Certificate in Construction
• NEBOSH diploma
• Tech IOSH or Grad IOSH
