We are seeking an experienced HSQE Manager to lead and manage all aspects of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance within our Rail division, reporting into our Senior HSQE Manager . The successful candidate will act as the Responsible Person for health and safety, ensuring that all operations meet legislative requirements and industry best practices, while driving a positive safety culture across the organisation.

Responsibilities: Leadership & Compliance: Act as the Responsible Person for HSQE matters, overseeing CDM 2015 duties (Principal Designer, Advisor, Contractor) and ensuring compliance with industry legislation and best practice. Certifications: Manage and maintain ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 certifications, SSIP memberships, and RISQS accreditation.
