Health & Safety Manager Northampton (Site-Based)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a busy and dynamic site in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a key role in maintaining and improving health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure full compliance with UK health & safety legislation and company policies

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures

  • Lead site audits, inspections, and incident investigations

  • Promote a strong health & safety culture across the site

  • Deliver training and toolbox talks to staff and management

  • Maintain accurate H&S documentation and reports

  • Liaise with external bodies where required

Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Certificate (essential)

  • Proven experience in a Health & Safety role (ideally within industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environments)

  • Strong knowledge of UK H&S regulations

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels

  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
