The Role

Deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities across Key Stages 1 and 2 in the absence of the regular teacher Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups to enhance understanding and progress Support teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and assessment where required Promote positive behaviour and maintain an engaging and inclusive learning environment Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff Contribute to the wider school community and support students' academic and personal developmentThe Ideal Candidate
