Where will you be working? M Group Highways At M Group Highways, were supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK. To successfully deliver the Devon Highways maintenance contract in line with theMGroupvalues, policies and approach. The role requires a positive working relationship with the client, the contract team, the widerMGroupteam, the supply chain and all other stakeholders. Specific focus on operational delivery across the depots to ensure all resources are utilised efficiently and effectively to maximise productivity outputs The role is primarily based outdoors across the Devon Highways contract area and will involve working in all weather conditions. The standard working week is 40 hours. Occasional travel between depots may be required, along with night-time or weekend working to meet operational needs. What youll be doing
