? Location: Stockton-on-Tees ? Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
An established care provider is seeking an exceptional Registered Care Home Manager to lead a well-regarded residential and nursing service into its next phase of growth and excellence. The Opportunity As Registered Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care. You will play a key role in shaping the culture, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, while creating an environment where residents and staff can truly thrive.
