Chef de Partie

Location: Near Liverpool Street
Pay: Up to £17 per hour

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at BlackRock, delivering high quality food across retail and hospitality services. You will run your own section, support senior chefs, and help maintain excellent standards during busy service.

This is a great opportunity for development and progression.

What You Will Do

Prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard
Take ownership of your section during service
Support stock control, hygiene and kitchen organisation
Assist with events and functions
Maintain health and safety standards
Support junior team members

What We Are Looking For

Experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef
Passion for food and strong attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety and HACCP
Ability to stay calm under pressure and stay organised
A positive team player
NVQ Level 2 or 3, or willingness to train
