We are looking for an experienced and driven Duty Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional living experience for our residents. This is a high-pressure, high-impact role that demands strong leadership, a passion for customer service, and a process-driven approach. You will be the first point of escalation for resident issues, oversee daily operations, and hold your team to the highest standards at all times. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the front-of-house team on a day-to-day basis Oversee all building operations and ensure SOPs and processes are followed consistently Handle resident issues, complaints and incidents with professionalism and efficiency Conduct shift briefings, handovers and operational reporting Monitor building systems and coordinate with contractors when required Drive a culture of accountability, excellence and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Proven experience in a duty or operations management role, ideally in premium residential, hospitality or property management Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams Genuinely passionate about customer service and the resident experience Calm and decisive under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills Process-oriented with a solid understanding of SOPs and compliance Ambitious and eager to grow this role offers real scope for development Flexible across shift patterns in a 24/7 operational environment If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and are ready to take ownership of a flagship development, we'd love to hear from you.
