Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present breakfast dishes and buffet items to a high standard
* Deliver smooth, efficient service during busy periods
* Maintain excellent food quality and presentation
* Support other kitchen sections after breakfast service
* Follow all H&S and food hygiene procedures
* Work as part of a positive and professional team
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role
* Flexible to work a rota of shifts
* Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
* Calm and professional under pressure
