Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present breakfast dishes and buffet items to a high standard
Deliver smooth, efficient service during busy periods
Maintain excellent food quality and presentation
Support other kitchen sections after breakfast service
Follow all H&S and food hygiene procedures
Work as part of a positive and professional team
Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role
Flexible to work a rota of shifts
Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
Calm and professional under pressure
Reliable, positive, and team-focused
