This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new service providing dispersed refuge accommodation across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities of a Housing Officer Provide one-to-one, person-centred support to tenants in dispersed properties.

Complete support plans and risk assessments, considering immediate needs and long-term goals.

Assist service users in identifying goals and tracking progress using tools like the Outcome Star.

Visit tenants regularly to assess support and tenancy management needs.

Signpost and refer individuals to specialist services as required.

Promote engagement with housing monitoring tools (e.g. Housing Proactive).
