HR Administrator - North Liverpool | Temporary | Full-Time | £14.10 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing organisation in North Liverpool as a HR Administrator. This is a temporary ongoing, full-time role working with a small, friendly, and dynamic HR Shared Services team.

Due to ongoing expansion, the business is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with proven experience in HR administration—particularly within on-boarding processes. Experience in a Shared Services environment is highly desirable.

Duties include:

* On-boarding new starters - producing offer letters, contracts, references, booking on site medicals

* Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing accurate and timely administrative support

* Deliver comprehensive HR administration across multiple sites and departments

* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies

* Support managers and staff with guidance on HR policies and best practices

* Prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
