Your new companyA large, well-established organisation operating across the North of England is seeking an experienced People Advisor to join its People function on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.Working closely with HR Business Partners, you’ll support managers across a multisite, unionised environment, providing pragmatic advice on employee relations, absence management, performance issues, and policy application. You’ll also contribute to management development through targeted training and coaching.
