About the Job

As HRBP at Unipart you will formulate and execute initiatives relating to our 'Unipart Way Forward' strategy, providing internal and external customer support, and driving business excellence and process improvement.

Your role will cover multi-site operations across multi contracts including Airbus, VW, and Leonardo. Your role reports into the Senior HR Business Partner but has a strong focus on supporting the Operations Director as well as senior managers across the business, covering all colleagues working across the full range of people activities. Taking a lead in accurately forecasting and complying with relevant resource budgets as well as controlling HR related costs within the different customer accounts.
