We’re supporting a growing organisation with a fantastic culture in their search for a permanent HR Business Partner. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is ready to bring strategic thinking, proactive solutions, and strong relationship-building skills to a business that’s on a journey of change and improvement.



The role:

As HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the HR function to be more strategic and future-focused. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and supporting on all employee relations (ER) cases.
  • Designing and delivering a manager ER upskilling programme.
  • Ensuring effective use and management of the HRIS.
  • Line managing a small HR team.
  • Driving HR projects such as DEI, employee wellbeing, and employee engagement.
  • Supporting policy reviews and ensuring compliance with upcoming legislative changes.
  • Reviewing and updating HR documentation.



What we’re looking for:

  • Strong HRBP experience
  • Strong understanding of ER and confident in managing complex cases.
  • Proven ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, strategic thinker with attention to detail.



What’s on offer:
