HR Business Partner Location: Rural Oxfordshire (Hybrid) Salary: up to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience Reports to: HR Director We’re growing our People Team and are excited to introduce a newly created HR Business Partner role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a credible, strategic and hands‑on HR professional who enjoys partnering directly with leaders, shaping culture, and driving organisational performance. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to managers across the business—helping build capability, support growth, and strengthen our high‑performing, people‑centric culture. You’ll join a close‑knit HR team and play a key part in delivering forward‑thinking HR strategy within a fast‑moving, customer‑focused environment.
