Purpose of the role The HRBP develops and executes both long-term and short-term organizational strategies that align structure, culture and talent with business goals, while providing individual support and coaching to the leadership team. He/she is responsible for providing expertise and guidance in areas including HR & business strategy alignment, organization design, workforce planning, workforce optimization, employee engagement, talent, culture and change management.
