Loom Talent are fortunate enough to be partnering with a busy FMCG organisation, recruiting for a HR Business Partner to cover a maternity leave.
The business of c10,000 employees across the UK are looking for a safe pair of hands to join them on an interim basis to support one of their business units of c400 employees from an operational HR perspective.

The Role
Act as a trusted HR partner to site based key stakeholders, ensuring HR best practise on employee relations issues.
Partner with Managers to support workforce development and succession planning, while ensuring recruitment activity aligns with operational requirements and longer-term business objectives.
Advice on HR policies and update processes to ensure the function is fit for purpose.
Manage projects such as employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing activity and management coaching.
Responsible for change initiatives, including TUPE, restructures and cultural implications.
About you
Minimum of 3 years' experience at a similar level as a HR Business Partner
Experience of working within a blue collar environment - logistics, manufacturing, distribution etc
Comfortable with being onsite building relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
