This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead a small team and take ownership of the day-to-day HR function, while also partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver key people initiatives. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage a small, generalist HR team Oversee the full employee lifecycle and ensure smooth HR operations Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, supporting on strategic projects and organisational goals Provide expert guidance on complex Employee Relations matters Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies
