Working Pattern: 37.5 hours, hybrid working

Package: £55,000-£60,000 + bonus + car allowance

With a large fraction of our workforce based out of our UK Hub in Greenwich, we are now seeking an accomplished HR professional, with extensive experience in managing complex employment related matters, to join a growing HR Team.


Role Responsibilities


As an HR Manager you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of first-class operational support, advice and guidance to a dedicated group of business functions, on a wide range of employee related matters. Working with cross-functional partners and external occupational health services, the HR Manager will support, both employees and line managers, on all aspects of the employment relationship.


  • Undertake a portfolio of business units, developing close working relationships, building trust and credibility, through the delivery of expert HR advise.
  • Be assertive and resolute in your decision-making when assisting and developing managers, by guiding them through HR processes, including recruitment, absence management, negotiations, grievances, case management and supporting challenging discussions.
  • Advise, influence and challenge managers to ensure the best possible outcome in all employee matters
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to line managers, help them to improve management capability and enable them to self-serve
  • Manage the employee life cycle, end-to-end, across all HR processes
  • Stay on top of developments in employment legislation and human resources, sharing knowledge to ensure continuous improvement
  • Work with the wider HR community on HR initiatives: training and development, policy review/redesign, onboarding and wellbeing programmes.



Person Specification


  • CIPD Qualified OR Degree in HR Management – preferred
  • 5 years' experience in HR Manager, HR Business Partner level role
  • Complex ER case management experience, including absence management, grievances, disciplinary hearings and appeals.
  • Experience working in a large and/or multinational matrixed organisation, advantageous
  • Robust and decisive approach to problem-solving, leadership coaching and development.
