Description
An HR Officer to:
Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Coordinate and support recruitment processes, including job advertisements and interviews. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees. Maintain accurate HR records and produce regular reports. Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects. Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies. Provide training and support to managers on HR-related matters.Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices. Proven experience in managing employee relations cases. Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using HR systems and producing reports. A positive and professional approach to problem-solving.
