West End ASAP start available We're working with a highly regarded organisation to appoint an HR Operations Manager into a pivotal role at the heart of their People function. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead and optimise HR operations, driving service excellence, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring the effective delivery of a people-focused strategy.
The Role Reporting into the Head of HR, you will take ownership of the day-to-day HR function, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance and a consistently high standard of service across the business. You'll play a key role in embedding a values-led culture while leading on process improvement, people initiatives and team leadership.
