A Financial Services client seeking anexceptionally strong HR Operations professional for a 12‑monthFTC, with potential to extend or go permanent.
This role needs someone who is technicallyexcellent, detail‑driven and confident managing both BAU Ops andcontinuous process improvement.

The Role:-Deliver high‑quality HR Operations support across the employeelifecycle- Own and improve HRprocesses, ensuring accuracy and efficiency- Work confidentlyacross Workday and wider HR tools- Manage tickets andworkflow through ServiceNow, Jira or similar systems- Use Excel andPower Automate to streamline reporting and automation- Maintain ameticulous approach to data, documentation and compliance
You’ll bring:-Strong HR Operations experience in a fast‑paced environment- Technicalconfidence with Workday (essential)- Experience withExcel, Power Automate and ticketing systems-Excellent attention to detail and a self-improvements mindset- Ability to manageBAU while driving operational enhancements
