High Growth PE Backed Property Group

Central London, 5 days a week in office

Salary up to 50k plus 15% bonus

The business is now hiring a People Advisor to partner closely with senior leaders and play a pivotal role in building a first class employee experience. This is a newly created position offering broad exposure across HR operations, onboarding, people data, compliance and people projects. Expect a pacey, collaborative culture with real autonomy; you will be central to driving structure, clarity and consistency as the organisation continues to scale.


What you will be doing

You will be the heartbeat of people operations, ensuring accuracy and momentum across core HR processes. Key activity includes:

• Maintaining team records, data integrity including HR system updates.

• Sitting in and maanging all ER cases and projects.

• Updating and tracking training, sickness, one to ones and appraisals.

• Responding to internal and external HR queries with professionalism and pace.

• Owning people related data including payroll information, leave tracking and turnover reporting.

• Supporting hiring across the organisation, coordinating with agencies, managing background checks and preparing contracts.

• Leading onboarding, orientations and ensuring smooth integration for new joiners.

• Providing people analytics and reporting.

• Assisting with people projects, including employee feedback cycles and continuous improvement initiatives.


What you bring

• Experience supporting a people function in a fast paced setting.

• Exceptional accuracy, communication and stakeholder skills.

• Expereience as an HR advisor before and comfortable in a stand alone role.

• Strong organisational capability with the ability to prioritise at speed.

• High proficiency across Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• A self driven approach and comfort working both independently and collaboratively.

• A CIPD or relevent HR qualification.
