HR Data & Analytics Specialist – Private Equity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Data & Analytics Specialist to join a leading investment firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting the HR function across multiple jurisdictions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping effective data analytics to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly People Data analysis and presentation packs. Apply statistical techniques to interpret HR data and deliver actionable insights. Conduct regular data audits, ensuring data integrity and resolving root causes of discrepancies. Collaborate with HR Data teams to produce reports using Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.). Perform monthly payroll data checks. Support year-end reward and reporting processes. Assist with continuous improvement of HRIS systems and processes.
