A strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and demonstrable experience managing high-risk employee relations cases is essential.Applicants must be commercially aware, confident influencing senior stakeholders and capable of operating with sound judgement and discretion. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are required.
