About the Role As a People Business Partner, you’ll work closely with Technology and Marketing leaders to deliver strategic and operational people solutions that enable teams to achieve the business goals. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll influence engagement, performance, and development while shaping the culture. What You’ll Do

Partner with Senior Leadership for Marketing and Technology to translate business needs into practical, people-focused outcomes, empowering teams to thrive. Provide pragmatic, expert HR advice and solutions that are aligned with organisational goals and elevate employee experience Lead employee relations matters with fairness and consistency, building trust across the business. Drive people initiatives that promote engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and performance. Harness data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact.

About You

Proven experience as a People Business Partner or senior HR generalist. Strong employment law knowledge and ability to manage change. Skilled in building relationships and influencing at all levels. Strategic thinker with hands‑on delivery capability. Passionate about enabling people to perform at their best. Desired but not essential: experience working within a Tech or Marketing business, or partnering with those client groups.
