We're looking for a HR Business Partner for the public sector client based in London on an initial 3-month contract, paying up to £220 per day (Inside IR35).This role offers hybrid working, with an expectation to be in the office 1 to 2 days per week, with more presence expected at the start to build relationships with key stakeholders.The successful HR Business Partner will be an experienced, confident HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. This is a hands-on senior generalist role sitting within a small but busy People and Culture team, with a strong focus on complex employee relations casework and senior stakeholder engagement across a legally focused organisation.You will need proven experience working with the following:Managing a high volume ER caseload covering misconduct, grievances, harassment and sensitive mattersSupporting Employment Tribunal cases and navigating complex, contentious HR issuesBusiness partnering at a senior level within a demanding, reactive environmentCoaching and guiding managers through formal HR processesWorking within civil service, law enforcement, legal or similarly regulated environmentsCIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience is required.Familiarity with Oracle HR systems would be an advantage.You will need to be able to obtain or hold SC clearance for this role.Interested?
