HR & TA Coordinator - VFX

We are partnering with an international VFX studio who specialise in high-end projects with global clients. With an inclusive, people first approach, we are looking for an HR and TA Coordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the employee experience, support recruitment and be the friendly, proactive face of HR team. You’ll be a natural organiser with great people skills, confident with systems, and be keen to get stuck into the full HR and Recruitment lifecycle – from onboarding and payroll prep through to cultural and engagement projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing HR administration and the full employee lifecycle
• Supporting and maintaining the HRIS
• Preparing payroll changes and liaising with Finance (London & Paris)
• Coordinating recruitment (scheduling, outreach, using ATS Workable)
• Leading on cultural, engagement and social impact projects
• Building relationships across the business as the go-to HR contact
• Supporting the Talent team with work experience and internship programmes

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in HR/People Operations (including payroll support)
• A proactive, social and approachable personality – you’ll be the friendly connector across the business
• Someone who loves to get involved in extra projects around engagement initiatives
