Job Description

International Bank based in London, are looking to recruit a HR Manager on an 18 month fixed term contract.


Responsibilities will include;

  • A key role in assisting with all issues relating to all aspects of an employee lifecycle
  • Provide Core HR support on HR processes such as Performance Management, Compensation & Reward, Engagement, Succession and Workforce planning, Employee Relations, Learning & Development
  • Employee Advisory within set policies and procedures
  • Takes a lead on HR projects
  • HR Support to Senior Management as instructed by Head of HR - UK
  • Day to Day HR operational activities


To be considered for this position, ideal candidates must have the following experience and skills;


  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience in a corporate office environment
  • CIPD Level 5 Qualified Essential
  • Experience in dealing with employee relation issues
  • Strong minute taking skill set
  • Must operate with a high level of integrity and discretion
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent timekeeping discipline and strong work ethics
  • Good interpersonal skills and an able team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional manner both over the telephone and face to face
  • Ability to prioritise work and deadlines
  • Accurate organized individual, flexible and happy to undertake any task in support of the business
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
