Human Resources Manager

Job Description
International Bank based in London, are looking to recruit a HR Manager on an 18 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities will include;
- A key role in assisting with all issues relating to all aspects of an employee lifecycle
- Provide Core HR support on HR processes such as Performance Management, Compensation & Reward, Engagement, Succession and Workforce planning, Employee Relations, Learning & Development
- Employee Advisory within set policies and procedures
- Takes a lead on HR projects
- HR Support to Senior Management as instructed by Head of HR - UK
- Day to Day HR operational activities
To be considered for this position, ideal candidates must have the following experience and skills;
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience in a corporate office environment
- CIPD Level 5 Qualified Essential
- Experience in dealing with employee relation issues
- Strong minute taking skill set
- Must operate with a high level of integrity and discretion
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Excellent timekeeping discipline and strong work ethics
- Good interpersonal skills and an able team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional manner both over the telephone and face to face
- Ability to prioritise work and deadlines
- Accurate organized individual, flexible and happy to undertake any task in support of the business
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
