?? The Role: Apprentice IT Consultant As an Apprentice IT Consultant, youll be at the heart of our mission to improve education outcomes using technology. Youll provide first-class support across a range of platforms including Microsoft, Google, and Apple , while developing your skills on real client sites.

Youll be doing things like: Monitoring the service board and triaging incoming IT requests
Delivering friendly, effective support to client schools
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with a solution-focused mindset
Keeping documentation and ticket information up-to-date
Assisting with smaller on-site IT projects
Working closely with IT Consultants, Account Managers, and Service Delivery teams
Growing your skills through high-quality training from NowSkills and your apprenticeship provider
