Once you've completed training and probation, you'll join our out-of-hours rota (typically 5-6 shifts per month), with additional pay and full backup from senior staff and a Hazmat specialist. Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Clear, calm, and confident on the phone Practical and good at using common sense Comfortable making decisions and standing by them Able to juggle multiple tasks without getting flustered Friendly, approachable, and good with people Organised and able to keep accurate notes and updates Happy working in a team where everyone supports each other Helpful experience (not essential): Construction or building-related knowledge (useful for property damage claims) Customer-service experience Experience in a fast-moving or multi-tasking environment Exposure to transport, logistics, or emergency response work Other essentials: Clean UK driving licence Right to work in the UK Comfortable using Microsoft Office Additional Information Adler and Allan are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
