Lead structuring, drafting, and negotiation of cross-border loan transactions Support deals from origination to execution Advise on legal, regulatory, and reputational risks Partner with senior stakeholders across business and control functions
Requirements
Qualified lawyer with strong leveraged finance experience Background in top-tier private practice and/or financial institution Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills
