Are you a resilient, bubbly communicator who thrives on the phone and loves a sales challenge? Do you have strong sales skills or knowledge of farming/agriculture?
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive to drive new customer sign-ups, deliver exceptional service, and help customers make the most of products. This role rewards energy, ambition, and results with uncapped monthly and quarterly commission, with a comfortable OTE of around £40,000+.
The Role
As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for engaging leads, driving sales, and supporting customers in getting set up.
Key responsibilities include:
Proactively engaging and converting leads via phone and online communication
Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maximising every customer interaction to drive value, usage, and retention
Representing the company at farming shows across the UK, including overnight stays during summer
Sharing customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services
About You
Highly motivated, sales-driven, and ambitious
Comfortable on the phone, enthusiastic, resilient, and confident
Knowledge of farming or agriculture is an advantage but not essential
Natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Organised, proactive, and able to manage time independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience
Willing to travel and attend agricultural shows, including overnight stays
What’s on Offer
Basic salary up to £28,000, rising to £30,000 for candidates with farming knowledge
Uncapped monthly and quarterly commission — comfortable OTE of £40,000
