You will recognise some of our renowned, market-leading household names such as Carex, Childs Farm, Original Source and Imperial Leather.If you want to join a business with dynamic, fast-paced working environment and a collaborative atmosphere whilst working flexibly but with the opportunity to collaborate in our stunning offices, then this could be the right role for you.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Proactive use of multiple data sources to create insight including:Market data – Future trends, cultural impacts and commercial trendsConsumer – Behavioural measures such as Kantar, Nielsen, Mintel, Bespoke Qual & Quant workShopper – behavioural data sources such as Dunnhumby & advantage, IGD and Bespoke Qual & Quant workA supportive role to help deliver mixed methodology insights projects with the Insights Manager – UK Lead as and when work requiredInfluencing business approachCreation of insight to shape marketing and R&D programmes through thorough report writing and communication of contentUse of mixed methodologies to drive the best outcomes for insight derivation when supporting the teamFinding the hidden insights across multiple data sources by creating a validated story and creating a clear action plan for the business based on the outputsIdentifying gaps in understanding along the Path to Purchase and working with team and partner vendors to plan how to fill this understandingCPG ExperienceWorking within a fast-paced CPG environment that covers Grocery, Specialists and OnlineWorking alongside Marketing, R&D and Cat Man to deliver innovation across product and marketing commsWorking with marketing leading brands to enable growth from a leadership position as well as challenger brandsWays of workingWorking in times of transition and demonstration of change managementTeam player and delivery of aligned goals across functionsEmpathetic approach to understanding diverse business questionsChallenging and objective, using data to validate business orthodoxiesAbility to simplify complex data sources into clear story telling – creating insight not dataTurning multiple data points into demonstrable actions for the businessAbility to present insight 1:1 as well as in group settings effectivelyUse of mixed methodologies to drive the best outcomes for insight derivationUnderstanding of the latest tech platforms and how to mine these for dataUtilising multiple sources of data to tell the storyTeam PlayerAbility to work in the team environment and raise the barAbility to lead in cross functional teamsSeen as a key contributor to the business and its insight creationPlease note that we are not able to offer visa sponsorship or assist with relocation support for this role.
