HOURS: 40 per week - Monday - Friday
SALARY: up to £55,000 basic, Company Car, and benefits

We are delighted to be recruiting a proactive, organised, and hands-on Installations Manager to manage manage nationwide 3rd party Garden Rooms Installation Teams, and ensure that we get things right first time, every time, and continue to delight our Garden Rooms customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, resilience, and the ability to manage changing priorities in order to deliver excellence in all areas of Customer experience, including ensuring the risk of any remedial fixes is minimised and addressed quickly and efficiently when needed.

WHAT OUR INSTALLATION MANAGERS DO:
Manage the daily running of multiple, National, 3rd party Installation Teams
Onboard and support new Installation Teams, ensuring they meet our stringent company quality standards
Monitor project and installation progress, and resolve any operational issues
Provide hands-on support when installers encounter problems that cannot be easily resolved, including attending sites Nationally if required
Support sales teams by providing technical advice and clarification, and address any issues that arise after sale but prior to or during installation
Act as the conduit between Sales and Installation Teams to ensure orders, delivery and installations are correct
Manage customer expectations from payment through to installation completion
Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally up to satisfactory sign-off
Manage the remedial works process, minimising the remedial workload
Allocate remedial jobs, schedule works, and ensure they are completed and closed correctly
Personally carry out remedial works when needed
Order required parts for remedial works and ensure materials arrive on site on time

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR INSTALLATION MANAGERS:
Previous experience as an Installations Manager, with experience managing 3rd Party Installations Teams
Previous experience within the RMI Sector/construction, trades, or home improvement sector (e.g. joinery, carpentry, garden rooms, extensions, or similar) could be a distinct advantage
Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple installations simultaneously
Excellent customer service and communication skills - confident in customer facing face-to-face meetings, with the ability to convey accurate updates and manage expectations
Previous experience co-ordinating trade teams and subcontractors
IT literate with excellent telephone and written communication skills, and a friendly, professional and confident approach.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Willingness to travel nationally for site visits and installations with some potential overnight stays
Full UK driving licence - Essential
Previous installations/project management experience in garden rooms, modular builds, or outbuildings, could be a distinct advantage
