📍 Overseeing 3 branches across Fareham and Guildford We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Managing Director to lead three established insurance branches in the Fareham / Guildford region. This is a senior leadership role with full Profit & Loss responsibility, focused on driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams. What you’ll be responsible for:
Full P&L ownership across three branches Delivering revenue growth and improving profitability Leading and developing Branch Managers and senior teams Driving operational efficiency and best practice Ensuring FCA compliance and exceptional customer outcomes Strengthening insurer and key stakeholder relationships
What we’re looking for:
Proven senior leadership experience within the insurance sector Strong P&L management track record Experience managing multiple branches or regional operations Commercially astute with strong financial literacy A hands‑on leader who builds accountable, high‑performing teams
