PurposeofjobInterimFireRiskOfficer InterimFireRiskOfficerToberesponsibletotheTeamManagerandforthedaytodaymanagementofthehealthandsafetyofbuildingprojects,maintenancecontractsandfireriskassessmentsacrosstheBorough.TheallocationofworktoPropertyServicesOfficers/Supervisorsorexternalcontractors/sub-contractors.Toberesponsibleforestablishedstandardsofwork,cost,allocatedbuildingmaintenance,buildingconstructionorrelatedworkswithintheteam. InterimFireRiskOfficerToospecifically: i)Abilitytotravelextensivelyacrosstheboroughwithinacceptabletimes,itisexpectedthatyouwillhaveaccesstoowntransporttoundertaketheseduties.Thispostattractsanessentialcaruserallowance InterimFireRiskOfficerEnsureanefficientandeffectivemaintenanceofallpropertiesmanagedbytheCouncilinrelationtoFireSafetyandcompliancetoCDM2007Regulations,iii)ContributetotheimplementationofaFireStrategyandsupportingPerformanceManagementFramework.
