How will you have impact?
Stabilise and accelerate a live transformation programme, aligning people plans to delivery milestones and commercial outcomes
Diagnose and simplify core HR processes (ER, talent, OD, engagement) to remove friction and speed up decision-making
Coach and challenge leaders to adopt pragmatic, pacey people practices that stick in the operation
Own the data and narrative use people metrics to focus effort, unblock issues, and communicate progress plainly
Deliver quick wins while laying foundations for sustainable change (policies, comms, governance)
