This is an urgent requirement for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities: ?? Mentor and develop the Deputy Manager ?? Focus on compliance, governance and medications ?? Work closely with external stakeholders (LA, CQC) Requirements: ?? Strong leadership and management experience in care home settings ?? Ability to work under xbpsjku pressure and drive improvement ??
