Interim Support Manager

Location: Onsite, Somerset (5 days per week) Duration: 3-6 months Start: ASAP

We are looking for an Interim Manager to lead a Learning Disability service, supporting the team and leading the day to day management.

The Role

• Day-to-day management of the service
• Focus on culture, quality, and operations
• Ensuring staff are support and mentored
• Work closely with Senior Team members and external stakeholders
• Supporting teams to deliver meaningful, empowering lives for the people they support

Requirements

• CQC/ turnaround/ management experience
• Proven experience in service management xbpsjku within Adult Social Care
• Deep understanding of change management, workforce culture, and operational improvement
