The Role Day-to-day management of the service Focus on culture, quality, and operations Ensuring staff are support and mentored Work closely with Senior Team members and external stakeholders Supporting teams to deliver meaningful, empowering lives for the people they support Requirements CQC/ turnaround/ management experience Proven experience in service management xehkeey within Adult Social Care Deep understanding of change management, workforce culture, and operational improvement Please do apply if this sounds like the role for you, interviews will be next week.
